FAQ:

How long does it take to receive my order?

  • All orders will be shipped about 15-20 business days after the cut-off date. (See home page for current cut off date.)
  • Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you enter at checkout.

May I send a check?

  • No, unfortunately we do not accept payment by check. We only accept payment via credit/debit card or via PayPal.
  • If you have (or if you set up) a PayPal account you can can pay via your bank account instead of credit/debit card.

May I call in my order or pay over the phone?

  • The only way to place your order is directly on this website.
  • All payments must be made online to ensure full security in the handling of any credit card information.

What is the return/exchange policy?

  • Due to the “produced to order” nature of this program, returns are not accepted.

Can I purchase items in a color or style different than what is shown on the website?

  • No, the items for sale are limited in order to keep the program efficient and affordable.

Is my purchase considered a donation to the College?

  • All proceeds from the “pop-up shop” will benefit Franklin & Marshall College; however, purchases are not considered tax-deductible donations.

Is there international shipping?

  • We love our international Diplomats, but unfortunately, shipping is only available in the United States.
